The La Rosa rewards program does offer a birthday reward for existing app-users. This means that guests must transact using the app at least once before being eligible for this reward.
To earn this reward, it’s really important that you’ve added your birthday to the app at least five days in advance of your big day as the birthday reward is usually added to your account early. Adding your birthday too late may cause this offer to not trigger, so it’s a good idea to make sure the “Profile” section of the app is accurate and up-to-date. We never want to see you miss out!
