How do Status Levels work?

In addition to the “Spend $50, Earn $5” loyalty program offered by the La Rosa app, app-users may also unlock different Status Levels to earn access to custom offers, birthday perks, and the respect and admiration of their peers! The full benefit of each Status may be found in the La Rosa app.

You can keep tabs on your Status Level and your progress toward your next Status Level toward the bottom of the “Home” section of the app.

Here, you can see an illustration of the amount of progress you’ll need to earn until your next Status Level is achieved, but you may also tap this image for a more in-depth view.

Across the very top of this screen, you may view your current status and the amount needed until the next Status is unlocked.

Please Note: La Rosa's Status Levels are based on a 365-day earning window. That means that only transactions made using the app in the last 365-days will count toward this accrual. Any orders placed over a year ago will not count toward your Status Levels.
