Simply reach out to us at larosa@thelevelup.com and attach a photo of your receipt or a screenshot of the settled purchase in your card's transaction history. We would be happy to adjust your loyalty progress manually!
Please note, we do require proof of purchase as we are unable to access your transaction details based on an order number.
