How Do I Change The Email Address Registered To My Account?

You can update your email by following the steps listed below: 

From the app

1. Tap the "Gear" at the top, right-hand side of the app 

2. Click "Edit Account Information" or "Profile"

3. Navigate to your current email address and click on it

4. Edit to your preferred email address and press "Update Account Information"

From the web:

1. Navigate to https://www.thelevelup.com/a/la_rosa 

2. Log in with your La Rosa credentials
3. Click "Account"
4. Navigate to your current email address and click on it
5. Edit to your preferred email address and press "Update"

From now on, this email will be your new log-in username as well as the email address where you will receive all receipts and emails from La Rosa.
